2025 Marketing Plan

Let’s get creative, practical, and tactical.

Marketing [doesn’t have to be] a time-consuming black hole for small business owners.

We’ll make a plan to achieve your goals.

Here’s our process:

  1. Identify your marketing goals. What are you hoping to achieve next year? Common examples we often see from small business owners include generating leads, increasing brand recognition, launching a new product or service, and improving customer retention.

  2. Brainstorm a plan to achieve them. Which tactics will best achieve your goals, and how should we prioritize? Examples include content creation, advertising, social media, email marketing, direct mail, and PR.

  3. Create a marketing calendar. Having a bite-sized monthly and quarterly calendar will support your staying on track to achieve your marketing goals.

  4. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs). Tracking baseline metrics will help scale what’s working and change what isn’t.

Deliverables

You’ll walk away with a tangible action plan with a calendar that details what to do, when to do it, and how to effectively measure results.
